Two NASCAR events, along with an American La Mans competition and an ARCA race, are on our dance card for the long Fourth of July weekend and beyond, with CV Product semi-trailers on hand in Florida, Connecticut and Wisconsin.

And as is always the case, we’ll be on-hand, stocked to the bulkheads with race gear, equipment and clothing for those participating in the races and anyone else lucky enough to secure a Pit Pass.

Here’s our agenda for the holiday weekend:

Coke Zero 400 Powered by Coca-Cola

This Saturday’s event isn’t your February Daytona 500 race, what with high temps expected to test both drivers and their cars — not to mention 100 fewer miles. Tony “Smoke” Stewart, defending winner of the Coke Zero 400, has had four July victories in eight seasons. Stewart attained a Top 10 spot in the Sprint Cup point standings as recently as a week ago before sliding back into the pack. But he could become an “automatic qualifier” for The Chase if he wins this weekend. Meanwhile, Jimmie Johnson, who won the winter Daytona 500 and has a quintet of NASCAR Spring Cup championships under his belt, hasn’t won at Daytona in the summertime.

  • Series: NASCAR Sprint Cup Series
  • When: Saturday, July 6
  • Racetrack: Daytona International Speedway – Daytona, Florida
  • Watch the race on television: Broadcast starts at 6:30 p.m. ET on TNT
  • Note: CV’s trailer is in the pits and available for people with pit passes only
  • For More Info: check out the Daytona Speedway website

Subway Firecracker 250 Powered by Coca-Cola

subwayfirecracker250thumbKurt Busch, who was last year’s race winner, will be on hand to defend his title, with a little pressure in that effort from the likes of Kyle Busch, Joey Logano and Matt Kenseth. And four other drivers will be competing for an additional $100,000 come Friday as part of the first leg in the Nationwide Dash 4 Cash program. Austin Dillon, Kyle Larson, Elliott Sadler and Brian Vickers each qualified for the Dash by way of their finishes at Kentucky.

2013 Northeast Grand Prix

Lime Rock in Lakeville, Connecticut, is the fourth stop in the 10-race La Mans season, where co-champs Klaus Graf and Lucas Luhr will maneuver their HPD ARX-03c prototype around the tight, seven (mostly right-hand) corner course in an effort to remain tops in points. Their top nemeses are Chris Dyson and Guy Smith co-driving a Mazda Lola B 12/60. Lime Rock will also be the second showing for former IndyCar driver Katherine Legge and her co-driver Andy Meyrick in a DeltaWing LM12.
